HI
ROBIN
THE REASON MY CHOICE OF PORT COMPANY IS PORT OF TAURANGA IS IT IS THE BEST RUN PORT IN THE COUNTRY. WHEN THE LOGS START TO ROLL ITS NUMBER ONE. THEY HAVE TAKEN A LOT OF TRADE FROM POA LATELY AND UNLIKE LITTLETON THEY DONT HAVE A POMME UNION TO FIGHT AT EVERY TURN. I EXPECT THE EXPORT MARKET TO TAKE OFF WITH HIGHER INFLATION. POT IS IN THE BOX SEAT IN THE LONGER TERM. FARM AND FORESTRY COMPANIES ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CYCLE AND MY OPINION SAYS WATCH THEM RISE. THE HOUSE BOOM IS OVER PEOPLE HAVE LEVERED THEMSELVES INTO RIDICULOUS POSITIONS. LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE BOUGHT WITH THE EXPECTATION OF EVER INCREASING GAINS AND WILL SOON FIND THE INTEREST RISES WILL PUT THEM UNDER. THIS WILL RESULT IN MORTGAGEE SALES A DROP IN THE PRICE OF HOUSES AND PRESSURE ON BANKS ETC. MY IDEA IS UNDERSTAND WHEN TO JUMP SHIP NOTHING LASTS FOR EVER. HOUSE SALES DROPPED OVER 15PC IN APRIL TAKE THE HINT HAVE A RETHINK WHERE WE ARE HEADING AND CLIMB ABOARD. sCHEERS MACDUNK |
