Australian ISP iiNet, which acquired its New Zealand counterpart ihug in October 2003, is planning to list on the NZ Stock Exchange as an overseas listed issuer. iiNet is not seeking to raise capital from the listing, which is being undertaken because of the number of its shareholders who live in New Zealand, explained Peter Harley, chairman of iiNet. |
