Possibly, if:

1. You had a shareholding in WRI before an offer is made (as I 
understand it, the offer is yet to be made officially), or
2. You are correct in assuming that Norgate's bid will ultimately be 
successful.

i.e. sell your WRI shares to Norgate and buy your original holding back 
on-market at lower levels.

If (2) above doesn't come about, however, you might find yourself with 
twice the holding of WRI than you expected.
