Actually, further investigation reveals that Futuris is the group company 
(FUT.AX), not a subsidiary.  So it is listed, and its share price has been 
on the up since December.

So the two biggest (and apparently only) farm supply companies in Oz are on 
the move up - just like PGG in NZ.

Norgate has taken the opportunity to buy WRI at its low point plus the usual 
premium for control.  If he waited, he'd be paying more than that as the 
share price appreciates along with its peers, plus another 20% takeover 
sweetener.
