You had a similar
good post on similar lines on WHS some time back. A pity a few Australian`s
opinions had not been sought out by Stephen Tindall before he decided he could
do a transplant and impose it on a totally different culture . On balance the
average Australian shopper is far more sophisticated and street-wise than his
Kiwi counterpart .
The rift between
Stephen and Greg must have been far more deep-rooted leading to that CEO`s
departure than we are led to believe . Could it be Stephen is not a good
listener on similar lines to perhaps a Sir Robert Jones .The latter
,seemingly perversely employed accountants with weird names . Caprice can
suggest a dangerous character trait. I wonder how many NZ Companies
think out an exit strategy allied to ambitious moves into Australia
.
