ASX Announcement at 2.51pm today

Zylotech is offering shareholders a non-renounceable rights issue on a
1:4 basis (1 for every 4 shares held) at 1c each, plus one free option
exercisable at 6c and expiring on March 2005.

Full details in approx 2 weeks.
