[sharechat] Telstra Buyback

Does anyone else see 595m shares out of an issued 6,420m being tendered
for the buyback as a huge vote of non-confidence in the company?

Small wonder that the share price languishes. Even at current levels there
is little evidence of the company offering any sort of value despite the
positive spin doctoring the board keeps putting out in its defence.
