Duncan I have stated this before I have never nor do I ever
look at sneak a look at or bother with Fundamentals.
I would not even know where to look for Fundamentals on the
forex or on the SPI.
When my chart gives me a Buy signal I buy: Sell signal I sell.
Sure I am wrong sometimes if not I would be a trillionair by now. But one must
follow a system, one must trust the system and one must trade the system. My
system has no place for anything fundamental. I have a chart room where I hand
draw my charts ( Some are over 3 mtrs high and several mtrs long )
I have a trading platform and I Buy and Sell from there. NO
FUNDAMENTALS AT ALL NOT EVEN A SNEAK LOOK!

Tend to agree with you I don't think there can be anyone silly enough to
be either a pure TA or a pure FA trader.
I know one poster that
says he Is TA only, and never looks at
fundamentals. I suspect he has a sneak
look to make sure they don't go under when his money rides on
It. I cant see an FA trader that refuses
to use charts to see where a share has been either, that would be
equally as silly. I am an FA trader with
an ever Increasing TA Input, If I cross the line and become a TA trader
I will need to devote my time to trading full time or nothing at
all. MORGY gave a very Interesting reply and actually posted
his Sept trades. I feel sure FA traders would
find very helpful In understanding TA..
I posted my system, Morgy and
Woody were good enough to share there Ideas, and we all know what Snoopy
thinks.
The more people big enough to come forward and risk ending
up with egg on there face giving out view points the better the
education for all of us. The posters mentioned above have all had
an Influence on my trading one way or another but we require more
Ideas to adopt or reject.
