Received the Power Beat annual report recently. Also available at 
http://www.powerbeat.co.nz/Shareholder/Shareholder.htm

What a load of rubbish? When are they going to get serious and give long 
suffering investors a break? Also, who is their tin pot auditor who could OK 
this trash?

Any one else out there an unfortunate owner of Powerbeat shares?
