One thing about WRI is that they are adding economic value which means that 
in due course sshareholders will be rewarded

Over the last year WRI have performed better on this measure than most NZ 
companies

Snoopy hasn't put the hex on WRI - it's shareprice will probably go to $2.00 
plus over the next year. if only because the dividend will support that 
price.

Near certain that Snoopy will make more out WRI over the next year than he 
will on an overvalued scoming close to destroying shareholder value WHS and 
more than Macdork will make on an extremely overvalued POA (despite what 
truck drivers say).
