FT article below on former company of the New Fonterra CEO.

 

The ticker code is ca:gswa, and there is another code ca:gswb

At first glance it doesn't look that impressive compared to the scale of Fonterra, although the last year's share price performance has been good.

GSW president Ferrier to head New Zealand firm

OAKVILLE, Ont. - GSW Inc. president and chief executive Andrew Ferrier is leaving the building products and water heater maker to head a New Zealand-based dairy company. Ferrier will leave GSW at the end of July, chairman John Barford said yesterday. Mr. Barford will re-assume the position of chief executive until a new president and CEO is found. The Oakville, Ont. company said Mr. Ferrier is leaving to become chief executive of Fonterra Co-Operative Group Ltd., an Auckland, New Zealand, dairy company. GSW is a manufacturer and seller of vinyl railing, rain gutters and other building products and electric, gas and oil-fired water heaters. The company employs more than 1,500 people at three operating divisions in Canada and the United States.
