Hi Mick, > > Farmers' Mood Improves > 12/06/2003 07:14 AM - Reuters > ><snip> > > Attitudes to farm investment also improved. More than three-quarters > of those surveyed said they would maintain or increase spending on > land, stock or plant. > Thanks for that Mick, and I left the last paragraph because I think that is the important one for investors in the rural servicing industries. I believe the chances are looking better and better that those high dividend payouts from those rural servicing shares will be maintained. I noticed WRI broke through $1.20 yesterday and the upward move is sticking. Perhaps that will go some way to silencing the rural doubters on this forum. Gross yield still over 14% even at $1.22! Certainly a portfolio share that no income investor should be without I would have thought. What was that price you were going to get back into Wrightson at Mick? 90c wasn't it ;-) ? SNOOPY happy to be on board, holding WRI -- Message sent by Snoopy on Pegasus Mail version 4.02 ---------------------------------- "Q: If you call a dog tail a leg, how many legs does a dog have?"
