[sharechat] Govt. rescue hazard [Second try]

Sorry the formatting of my previous posting was mangled. This should be easier 
to read.

The practice of the Labour government wading in with the tax payers cheque 
book every time a large important enterprise is in financial difficulties is 
storing up future troubles.

Imagine the following hypothetical situation;

THE SCENE: Air New Zealand boardroom in the near future.

1ST DIRECTOR: "Hey I've a great idea, why don't we fly jumbo jets into 
Hokitika."

2ND DIRECTOR: "Are you crazy, there is not enough passenger demand to justify 
that. We would go broke."

1ST DIRECTOR: "That doesn't matter, if we go broke the government will rescue   
                     
us. It is a one way bet. We cant lose, it doesn't matter what sort of crazy 
stuff we do."
