You had better look elsewhere for your coincidences and/or conspiracies:

The 451,500 shares  were sold at 80c in a 17 minute period between 2.18pm
and 2.35pm  and represent 11 separate trades:
(4000/2000/25000/30000/100000/80500/19500/80500/10000/50000/50000)
