Are you perchance referring to EVM    Enviromission  -   Enormous and v high
pipe in ground where warm ground air races up to cooler air and generates on
the way?????      I would love to know more about it.     Could something so
simple work?     Does it require a particular climate?     I heard that a
German Company was working on the 'PIPE" required......       No large
ground usage.      No nuclear        No large dams      Not even a
windmill........
Does anyone know??????
