[sharechat] advice for budding investor

Firstly I'd like to say what a great website this is (especially the forum). I'm 100% new to the investment world and know very little about it but this site has sparked my spirit into learning more.

Anyway my question is which is the better resource for a total beginner the GO Learn Shares ebook or one of the recommended reading books such as Jim Slaters Beyond the Zulu principle (which I have found has rave reviews across the internet)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
