Yes but government workers can move to another building.  IMO office 
space is more of a commodity market than retail space.

I think you meant that after not posting your volume of spam 
received went down.  I don't doubt that.  But there is no risk of 
getting spam from the act of subscribing, unless Ben is hawking off 
our addresses on the sly (and I don't think he is).  I wish Ben 
and Will would get around to munging the addresses of people who 
contribute to the forum.  Your experience would not be untypical 
Hugh!
