"He (Mr Banks) says the councillors have robbed ordinary Aucklanders of the chance to own shares in the airport under a previous proposal and have also hurt the council. He believes their actions have cost the city $20 million over the sale price".

That $20 mill. equates with 51 cents per share. Add that to the $4.90 the Institutions have paid and we arrive at about $ 5.40, previously mentioned by me in earlier posts.

Yes that should have been paid by the Institutions but wasn't. And that was after discounts.
