Hi Snoopy,

The original message was from somebody who wanted SKC to buy back and then keep the shares as treasury stock to be used to take over their subdiary in which he has shares.

However, the buyback shares will be cancelled.

I wrote in another post:

"But the important point is this: The secret is to have everything concentrated on that large SKC complex. Once the Directors move outside that, mistakes can happen as we have seen".

Actually, SKC is lucky to have so many activities going this year!

But nevertheless, it is a heavy Cashflow generator!
