I would hate to bring up the pennies again.  And I won't.  I did however
have a look at CBT a few months ago and at that time it needed to close
above 12.5 for me to enter.  It didn't and I see it has drifted back to 9c
although I do agree that there is potential here.  I just haven't had
another decent look at it but I believe it has massive upside potential
eventually.

Can you convince me it is now?
