Brilliant stuff.  This is exactly the sort of post I'd like to see a 
lot more of on 'sharechat'.  It is this sort of post that cuts right 
through the company report hype and lets us know what is happening at 
the coal face.  After all, whatever the income statement says it is 
people who run a company.   And invariably the best way to find out 
how the people in the company are doing is to talk to their 
customers.

You have me curious now Geoff!  Too many rural supply companies in 
Southland?  Would you like to rate them for us from best to worst?
