Snoopy Proxy forms will need to be completed in the form set out in the material provided by FFS to its shareholders and not on the back of a brown paper bag. Proxy form generally sets out how the shareholder wishes to vote on the resolutions being put at the meeting and asking them to vote "for" or "against". The role of the appointed proxy is simply then to cast the vote as instructed - if this is the case no point in appointing Bruce "the" Shepherd over the chairman of the meeting. If the proxy form allows "the Pied Piper" to have your say think carefully before empowering him - he may just surprise you.
