RE: [sharechat] TA data

Hi Phyllis

I subscribe data from Findata (www.findata.co.nz). They supply data in most
formats. Although they do not have "all" ASX stocks, they have approx 1200
ASX stocks on file. I have been told that any stock on on list is able to be
put on at no extra cos (I got ANN put on and it worked). I also get NZSE,
Nasdaq, NYSE, SGX and Global Indices and Forex data from them. The data is
e-mailed to you at end-of-day and you are also able to download 20min
delayed prices from the website yourself. You should get ASX data by 10.20pm
each night. Any delays in receiving the ASX data is from the exchange not
findata. So far no significant problems. The data is not adjusted for any
splits etc and is not "sectorised". I use the Henley Insight software to
"sectorise" my Metastock data.

Kind regards
Vijay

Hi to all,
Could I please pick some more brains:

I was using Hubb Data for Aussie data but had so many problems with the
service (not the data) that I letit expire and am using a freebie just now.

Hubb had all the sectors separately and the data was clean. Truly
excellent. I want to get a bit more serious and would appreciate a bitta
advice. I looked at Paritech and someone else whose name has departed
from my little grey cells although somehow "West" comes to mind. Ah the
joys of a mature life!!!

Any sites to explore or advice gladly taken on board by me and am sure
others. TVM muchly.

Phyllis.
