Thank you very much Snoopy, much food for thought.
I did however, accidentally mislead you -- I have twelve stocks in my 
portfolio (and three in the kennel).  I also do most of my buying and 
selling through ASB on-line, and it works out at less than 0.4% per 
transaction.

Not that this diminishes your basic lesson, "don't try to trade good income 
stocks".  I hear you!
