Troy the amount of offers to sell me shares in this float have me worried. 
The only figures I have seen were in an email from access brokerage and if 
they were correct the forcast dividend was more than four times forecast 
earnings. I took one look at those figures plus the stigma from old, and 
decidided to take no further. Since then I have had several other offers of 
shares in this float
