In that case I'd like to see your calculation that shows the 
theoretical ex placement price at 56c

Got my cash tied up in another project Gerry.

Had the chance to buy a relative out of their BHP holding a week or 
so back.  I paid market price, but saved on the brokerage.   I'm not 
looking at a 20% gain like you've got.  But then again I'm not expert 
in the coal market.  I'm quite happy to let BHP management do the 
coal deals with Japan for me.  Best of luck with your investment in 
AUO though.

PS  Did I see on another forum you have now sold out of RBC?   Long 
time followers in this forum might be interested if you explained 
your reasons for doing so.
