You are right Brian, the Sanford shareprice is in decline and there doesn't 
seem to be any particular reason why. Sanford have never been known to make 
many announcements anyway, so anything could be going on.

Maybe donkeyboy can tell us why. He seemed to be pretty close to the inner 
workings of Sanfords a few months ago. I recall having some dialogue with 
him around their forex losses. I was mainly saying what a shame all the hard 
work that had been done by the workers in producing better results had been 
diluted by significant forex losses.

Apparently once the dollar went above US44 cents Sanford were gong to turn 
around these forex losses.

If the underlying performance of Sanford is still improving and expected 
forex gains to come through you would not have expected to see the price 
steadily drift down as much as it has.

Chart says it all though. You would want to see the trend reverse before 
getting too involved. A drop from $7.00 less than a year ago to $5.43 is 
pretty significant.
