I do not understand why gold is of so much
interest.
Silver should be a better performer because unlike
gold, it has a massive shortfall of production capacity and most potential
capacity is as the by-product of mining for other metals. Last time I looked,
world demand was approaching 900m ounces and the shortfall after releases from
reserves was 120m ounces.
