I don't want to get into a spat with you over this stock and the reasons for
its slump.

The reasons have nothing to do with the issue of the final anti-TNF patent
in the USA.  That will be issued.  When?  I can't answer that - a reason for
the drop.  There are many patents sought by PTD and the main one (its
anti-TNF inhibitor) is the crucial one.  I am 99% sure it will be given.

I agree that the announcement was a joke.  But, the announcement came from
the USPTO and not the company.  If you want more on this then the Ozestock
message board (PTD) has up to date information including reasons/speculation
for the drop in price.
