Snoopy, Thanks for clarifying your statement - indeed, the scenario you predict may well happen. There always has to be a fall guy but it would be a pity if the blame was put squarely on Theresa's shoulders and she was dumped. As you say she is a very capable CEO. I guess TEL's only hope is to keep soldiering away with AAPT and make the best of a bad situation. Best of British to them, I say. And even with all of the uncertainty surrounding AAPT I agree with your original post - TEL has got to be a good buy at these prices.
