RESULTS FOR HALF YEAR TO 31 DECEMBER 2001
FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

* After-tax profit up 132% to $6.9 million ($3.0 million)
* Revenue increases to $52.7 million, up 115% ($24.5 million)
* Fully franked interim dividend of 4.5 cents (3.0 cents) declared
