I seem to remember this being discussed previously and one reason given was the difference between the number of FFS on issue (922 million) vs FFSPA (1.86 billion), combined with the fact that FFS has more 'top of mind recall' (in marketing speak) than FFSPA for those new to the market and buying a stake in Fletcher Forests.
