shareholders one new share at 5 cents for every share held. '

OFFERS 1:1 RIGHTS ISSUE Further to this morning's announcement,
CommSoft Group wishes to confirm thatthe rights issue offers 
one new share at A5 cents for every share held. '

Well I sure wouldn't have bought some CSG at 12.40 HRS
for NZ 5.6 c had Commsoft got it right the first time.

'We believe the issue offers all shareholders the 
opportunity to invest in the company at attractive price levels.'

Really? Well they don't need a rights issue to do
that, they need a broker !
