For those who missed it, The Australian published a
bit of preview of the year ahead for the ASX last week:
"Resources insurers, retailers
and biotechs are companies poised for the best sharemarket returns in 2002.
But fund
managers and equity strategists say banks, property trusts and building material
interests – the star stock performers of 2001 – are likely to lose their shine.
And dot-com companies, barely noticed last year, will again stay out in the
cold."

I too would be very interested in any discussion
of Australian shares.
Thank you for the postings on trendlines and
charts. Have learnt a lot over the last two months.

MCR.ax
This used to be a great chatsite, I just check
in occasionally now. I stopped trading NZ shares some 6 odd months back,
switching solely to the ASX.
I for one, would like to see more discussion of
ASX shares on this site, to add a NZ view to my trading
decisions.
p.s. MCR certainly did have a nice move today.
Against my better judgement I put in a sell order at 21.5c, didn't get hit,
so we will see what happens next week.
