I was tripped up by the name. Buying the old DIC building makes far more sense than that deserted barn on the waterfront. I can't answer the DIC question but speaking of acronyms, can anyone tell me what the HIT account, that I used to have back in Trusteebank Canterbury days, stood for? No prize, so I'll tell you. It stood for "High Interest Trusteebank" account. I closed the account when the interest rate dropped to 0% (!).
