[sharechat] Frucor: Letter from Danone

I have just recievied a letter from Simon Israel managing director of Danone 
Asia Pete Ltd.

This letter bags Grant Samuel's independent advisers report and the future 
prospects for Frucor.

The future for Frucor that it foretells is so bleak that I wonder why Danone 
would wish to take it over.

Unless the purpose of the letter is to sow FUD (fear uncertainty & doubt).
