 This site http://www.incrediblecharts.com/index.htm  recommended by the 
"Intelligent Investing Team" is completely free, though you have to register to 
use it. It has good charts, but the best feature is the large educational 
section. This is the best online tutorial I have seen. It covers the basics, 
stops, patterns, psychology, indicators, candlesticks, buy signals, sell 
signals, trends, trailing stops, P&F charts, ma systems strategies etc etc. 
Just about everything.
 The charts are quite good and there are over 50 indicators available. You can 
draw trendlines and annotate charts. There are some nice features - for example 
it plots the parabolic SAR level for the day after the latest candlestick, so 
you know intraday if it is crossed. It has a few problems - for example if you 
try to change the chart background colour, your whole PC locks up and must be 
rebooted. 
 The real strength of this site lies in its exceptional educational value. Good 
solid info with no hype, clearly written with good illustrations. Full access 
to all the notes is available from the home page - no registration required.
