If FFS participates in a successful consortium bid for the CNIFP, then there is 
little
downside risk and would give an end to the uncertainty. However, if FFS does not
participate in the successful bid and it does not retain the CNIFP forest estate
management role, then FFS's share price reaction would depend on what is 
achieved
by the way of subordinate debt recovery vs its loss of annual synergies.
