Hello, HO-PU-HUANG,

I am an SKC holder. The answer is "yes" in both cases.

But the actual price may very somewhat, either at the open or somewhat later on, depending on the perception of the stock and whether the price ran up too much prior to the split.

SKC did come down over the last couple of weeks or so, due to the refinancing required re FOR.
