There should be no difference in price between FFS and FFSPA. FFSPA rank ahead 
of
the ordinary FFS shares so if one was to buy shares in Fletcher Forrest you 
should
buy the FFSPA. This should mean that FFSPA should be trading at the same or more
than FFS. But they are not. Why?. Well one reason is that there are more FFSPA 
than
there are FFS. Two FFSPA were issued for every one FFS at 25c each. The other 
reason
could be that when when novice investors buy Fletcher Forrest shares they ask 
for
FFS not knowing that there is also FFSPA avaliable.

Those are the only reasons that l could think of for the price difference 
between
FFS and FFSPA. Maybe other posters could further explain the difference.
