[sharechat] advice

Am I still learning and this forum is helping very much, but  I am wondering
where you would go to find out\or how you would know to invest and pick any
stock to invest in, say if  it had a downward trend-bar from when it begins
to rise how would you pick it.

If it jumped suddenly you would not be able to get the maximum benefit of
the stock. Is there a way of picking the stock before it rises.?

Help here is always appreciated.
