Hi Axl,
You obviously think this is a good move by Cube.
Did you buy into Cube as a result of this news, or were you already a
holder?
If you believe, from a fundamental perspective, that Metashare is a good
company, would you care to share with us your reasons for this belief.

Should the shareholders approve the aquisition of Metashare for stock (very
likely) this will I believe give a big boost to the fortunes of Cube.
It will be the First substantial move (taking into account the small
profitable entry and exit from BDO) in Cubes stated diversification into
picking up the jewels in this current tech downturn.
Concrete news of this pending deal will likely be very interesting........
