Gerry,

I think Nick is right to point out the risk you're running.

I appreciated your inital posts regarding PTD: they were thorough, reasoned, and had clear caveats about the downside price risk if the anticipated patents weren't forthcoming. Perhaps rather than dismissing Nick's comments as a personal attack you should recognize the risk you're now running of appearing to ramp the stock.
