The Kertchers (Daniel & his mother) were originally marketing Gold Coast property by way of high-energy seminars abroad.

They were offering "free" helicopter viewing of properties.I attended a seminar at the Centra in Auckland about 1998.

When I looked around the Gold Coast on my own account for property I found there were many better buys to be had than the ones they offered.

When they got involved in Metashare, the price of that product rose over 1000%., although they said this was because of the improvements made to the existing training programme to make it "more profitable" to users.
