Hello All
I have been watching Eldercare lately and it seems to be getting a head of 
steam up with new acquisitions and the different direction from its new 
board. Apparently the new medical facilities they,re buying have high cash 
flows and profits with low cap/ex unlike their nursing homes they own which 
seem to be the reverse. Looks like the show could be on the road and it 
would be nice to see the price run up to its former heights of around 70c 
again. I,d expect to see more acquisitons of Medical labs which will really 
start to position the business away from being a rest home operator. Similar 
operations in Australia are trading on huge PE multiples such as Sonic(SHL). 
Im sure this stock is ready to go for a run upwards as phaedrus has 
suggested also...
