[sharechat] RE: Spectrum - Who Is Selling?

Good morning Steven

I see you are still tarring Spectrum with the same brush as Wilson Neil!
Unfair I feel.

How large a shareholding does any one party have in Spe? I havn't checked
the share registry but the annual report shows, at 8 August, a nice spread
of holders with the largest holding, of only 8.41%, being Wilbur Nominees.
DF Mainland are shown as holding only 5.04%. Perhaps they are the broker to
whom you are referring. In any event the key thing here, for me anyway, is
the nice spread of small shareholders. Doesn't this make it difficult for
anybody to seriously manipulate the price of the share? Surely it makes it
difficult for anybody to take the company over. So one of these 5, 6, 7 or
8% people decide to unload ---- so what?

Spe are speculative. There is no denying that. But look carefully at this
company, their product and the markets they are gaining a good foothold in.
I believe they are worth a serious look. I've put my money where my mouth
is. I wouldn't do this unless it was money I could afford to loose and I
certainly wouldn't "push" the share to anybody else. Time will tell whether
I'm right or not.

Cheers,
John

Spectrum - Who Is Selling?

Lovely stock is ole' Wilson Neil for someone. It drops
below 2 cents with a
couple of brokers aggressively selling stock just b4 real
bad news come out
on Flying Pig! Any punter out there (except those in the
company or close to
the company) still think they have a chance of making money
from trading in
this maggot ridden company? Obviously pigs do fly for the
insiders - from
the mugs who still buy the stock.

Anyone wanting cheap Spectrum stock should approach a
certain broker with a
large shareholding in the company. They are pushing the
stock and can supply
you some at a good price. Those of you who believe, don't
miss this unique
opportunity ...... check the register if you already don't
know the identity
                of the seller.
