It is unlikely that StockNess will be providing NZ market depth The cost is just to prohibitive. To provide 5 levels of NZSE market depth will cost 2cents per request (it adds up very very quickly) On the ASX the same information costs us around 0.04cents So while the NZSE has made market depth available, they have made it to expensive to be available on a free non transactional site. We may look at providing the information in the future but it would be on a subscription only basis - But somehow i think many users would not find StockNess as an attractive option if the free lunch was over. Hands up who's prepared to pay? Gerry - Advertising covers costs (just) but the outlook in this area is bleak. In any case StockNess was never developed to make money directly - Its a site we use to showcase our services to brokers etc. (especially in Australia). We make our money by providing similar solutions to third parties.
