Hi Gerry,

Ebos - I rate this company highly. It has proven over the years to be 
PRUDENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY managed. This alone would have to 
place it in a better category than many larger better known NZ 
companies.
I know from your previous posts that you place a lot of emphasis on 
MANAGEMENT ABILITY.

It operates in an area of the economy where there will always be in 
demand for their services.

It is another fine NZ company that might be attractive as a future 
takeover target (heaven forbid)!

There is a lack of liquidity in its shares which I see as the only negative 
really. This, of course, in the right circumstances can also be a positive 
factor.
