Thanks Dannie,
The only reference I can find in SCL's annual report to Botry Zen is on page
3 under "Overview --- significant events" under the first bullet point. I
can't find further details. What would interest me most is SCL's total %
ownership of Botry Zen.
Incidentally Direct broking's site, where I follow the second board, still
do not show [at 1230 hours] any significant rise in the Botry Zen share
price today.

According to their year end result statement SCL has 7 million Botryzen that
they paid 10 cents each for. That means that they are small portion of their
overall portfolio, worth about 1 cent a share at purchase price.
