IT CAPITAL SEEKS AUCKLAND-BASED CEO

IT Capital Ltd's management team in New Zealand and Australia will be
strengthened with an Auckland-based CEO replacing Jeff Dittus.

Listed Australasian Venture Catalyst_, IT Capital (NZSE:ITC, ASX:ITP,
USA:ICALF) today announced that the services agreement between IT Capital,
Kauri Capital and Mr Dittus, who resides in Philadelphia, has ended.

IT Capital Chairman, John Robertson, said "IT Capital has strong support
from
New Zealand and Australian shareholders and it makes sense for the new CEO
to
be based in this part of the world.

"The search for a new CEO is underway," Mr Robertson said.
